History of New Vision Carpet Cleaning
New Vision Carpet Cleaning is a locally (Rochester, NY area) owned and operated carpet,
floor, and upholstery cleaning business.
In 2004 Joyce Blowers founded New Vision with the goal of providing clients with high
quality carpet, floor and upholstery cleaning services base on knowledge of textiles and
flooring and cleaning chemistry learned through certification training. New Vision maintains
this high standard of cleaning producing a visible difference by following the IICRC S-100 and
S-300 cleaning standards with attention to detail. These standards were developed by the
IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, & Restoration Certification) , in conjunction with the textile, carpet
and flooring manufacturers and others in the cleaning industry. New Vision began with two
technicians IICRC Certified in carpet and upholstery cleaning. Since 2004 our technicians
have been educated, trained and tested to become IICRC Certified in many categories of
cleaning and restoration services.
In 2009, New Vision was purchased by Chris Geldof. As President of New Vision, Chris is
committed to continuing the same high level of workmanship and professionalism that New
Vision has been widely known for.
